Renault tweak technical department

Renault have undertaken a minor restructuring of their technical department, with head of aerodynamics Dirk de Beer taking over from Dino Toso as director of aerodynamic technology.
Toso remains an employee of the Renault team and no reason for the change of responsibilities has been specified by the team.
